It might sound trite or perhaps a little naïve, but we seek products and services that have the customer need (right to health) in mind.


And the three questions we ask ourselves is “are the benefits backed by solid scientific proof?”, ”can we explain it to ourselves and others in a simple way?” and “can we source, develop, distribute and/or manufacture something as good (or better) than what already exists today?”

We know that complementary medicines often do not have enough evidence to support claims. Here in Australia, the governing body’s (Therapeutic Goods Administration) 2017-18 Annual Performance Statistics outlined that there were 129 verified compliance breaches, including 50 where the claims relating to the medicine were not supported.


We were not one of those breaches and we plan never to be.


Our experts seek well-constructed research projects that provide strong evidence with a clear link to the options for health claims. This includes validating new delivery mechanisms and dosage forms and investigating the bioavailability of nutrients contained in various supplements and methods to improve bioavailability where necessary.

Despite the availability of information today, there is still a lack of easily accessible and trusted consumer information about nutraceuticals. Making sense of evidence-based and non-evidence-based information can be a challenge.


Knowledge, not data, to help consumers understand their health and nutrition requirements and learn when nutraceuticals can complement a healthy diet, physical exercise and other measures for wellbeing is our mission. The reward for this effort is measurable and profound as individuals are empowered to make better health choices.
